Presenting with a nose of delicate chamomile, strawberry, powdered sugar, and a hint of Christmas cookie the Long Walk Vineyard 2023 Rosé is a delight in the glass. Upon tasting the wine enters the mouth with focus and detail quickly giving flavors of barely ripe strawberry. Mouthwatering acidity keeps the wine's plump textures from becoming heavy, pushing he wine forward with vibrancy. The barely ripe berries are persistent on the finish and mingle with hints of mineral and lees.

2022 Carignane

Reserved and elegant upon opening, the nose begins to expand with delicate aromas of black plum, violets and a hint of black licorice. A lovely acidity hits the palate, wrapped around silkily fresh black plum and blueberry. Finishing with glimpses of earth, wood and spice, our ‘elegant lady’ illustrates a refined, complex wine.

2022 Field Notes Red Blend

Our blended red wine greets you with a lively nose of plum, cigar wrapper, purple wildflowers and grilled meats. On the palate find finely woven tannins and a snappy acidity. Black cherries, blueberries and marionberry combine with flavors of earth and a nice herbaceousness before finishing with dark minerality.

2022 Grenache

Aromas of black cherries, leather and hints of wild game greet the nose on the 2022 LWV Grenache. This wine is rich and curvy upon tasting, giving way to a mid-palate dense with sweet black fruits. Layers of savory herb, green twig, stone and sassafras keep the profile from being simply fruity. The expression is bold and powerful yet refined and finishes with flavors of Lapsing Souchon tea and grilled plum,

2022 Mourvèdre

Your 2022 LWV Mourvèdre displays a mysterious nose of black plum and berry, bramble, and dried earth. On the palate, there are echoes of black fruits adding savory notes of medicinal herb, charred meat, and exotic spices. The tannins are generous and caressing, leading to a finish of black candies, licorice, and horehound, and smoked meat that slowly fades.

2022 Syrah

Brimming with intriguing aromas of ripe plum, wild animal and toasted oak with hints of purple flowers, the nose of the 2022 LWV Syrah is intoxicating. On the palate, the flavors of black plum, both fresh and brandied appear first. Strewn through the dense volume of fruit are flavors of licorice, leather, and grilled lamb. The tannins are largely well polished and submerged, with occasional barbs suggesting this wine's youth and potential longevity. The finish is all powerful tannins and black bottomless savory notes. A star in our book!

Our unique expression of Zinfandel; the aroma of ripe black plum practically leaps out of the glass, while revealing hints of vanilla, baking spice and black mineralogy.
