On Sunday April 19 Long Walk will release the first three red wines from the 2024 vintage: Carignane, Field Notes, and Zinfandel. They join the 2025 Rosé (released March 13) and will be followed by the 2o25 Sauv Blanc (scheduled to be released May 17). Consulting winemaker Jerry Murray is bullish on the 2024 reds in general, and we can’t wait for these food friendly, complex but not over-the-top wines to be out there in your glasses and on your tables. .  

Although Club members may pick up their allotments starting Friday April 17, Spring Club weekend tops off with a wine club members and guests-only, cocktail-style event on Sunday the 19th from 12 Noon to 5:00 PM.  We will be pouring tastes of the new reds, paired with a selection of small bites provided by Master Chef Karl Krause of Wilder Cooking. Live music on the patio will set the mood later in the afternoon. Tempting special offerings will be on hand to complete the picture (while supplies last).
